One more year, the Hidalgo participates in this fair of weddings and celebrations that is already a benchmark for couples from the entire Region of Murcia, especially for couples who get married in the area of Campo de Cartagena, La Manga del Mar Menor and the rest of the Region of Murcia.
On the occasion of the next Ifepa Wedding Fair, from El Hidalgo we wanted to collaborate with the special that the newspaper has prepared the truth, and that will be published tomorrow Friday.
We share with you, the written interview that we did.
– What does El Hidalgo offer in wedding events?
El Hidalgo and his team specialize in wedding celebrations and all kinds of events, offering, within their estate, a comprehensive service that includes everything from the ceremony space to the cocktail party to the end of the party. Our farm is specially designed and equipped so that the wedding celebration is a complete success, taking care of even the smallest decoration detail.
– What can you say about your facilities?
Our facilities are located between Cartagena and La Manga del Mar Menor, thanks to the direct access from the highway it is very easy to find. Inside the farm there are three rooms with different characteristics and capacities, which is ideal for each couple to find their style. Thus, the Lois Hall, it has a unique architectural design of rustic style; he Altona Hall, modern, open-plan and very bright; and the Dulcinea Hall, flirtatious and familiar. Each room has its garden and independent access, so each event has the exclusivity and privacy that the big day deserves.
In summer, in addition, outdoor weddings can be held in our gardens, especially highlighting our Mediterranean terrace It has a wonderful setting and a very summery atmosphere.
For the little ones, who are becoming more and more important at weddings, the Hidalgo has a wide children's area with a soccer field and a basketball court, so that they can also enjoy themselves.
– And its gastronomic offer?
Our menu includes everything from classic dishes to the latest trends. Being our cuisine essentially Mediterranean, as we have our own kitchen and a chef with extensive experience in events, our menus can be adapted to the tastes of the couple. Currently, the trend is to lengthen the reception cocktail, adding different gastronomic stations: from the classic ham slicer to a vegan corner. In any case, the bride and groom are the ones who choose, according to their tastes, the menu that best suits their wedding, always counting on our advice so that they take into account details such as the time of year, the time of the agape, etc...
– Is there the possibility of celebrating the ceremony in your facilities? What environment and green areas are used for this purpose?
Of course! We have a space specially designed for outdoor ceremonies: a very special garden between olive and carob trees, Mediterranean trees that symbolize abundance and fertility. In this space, a large mural painted by authors from Cartagena stands out. It was one of our novelties last year and it is having a lot of success.
In addition, in the gardens of each room there are charming corners that can be a perfect setting to say "yes, I do". Our diversity of spaces with personality allows each couple to find their place.
– What will bring visitors to the Ifepa Wedding & Celebrations Fair?
Every year couples come to Ifepa in search of ideas, new trends and suppliers for their big day. It is a great opportunity both for couples who are starting to organize their wedding and for those who are looking for the last details. At our stand, our team will be happy to inform all couples who wish to do so about our spaces, menus and services, as well as answer all their questions. This year, in addition, we will be able to facilitate the access to a virtual tour through our halls. Although, yes, nothing like a live visit to our farm!
– El Hidalgo is one of the most traditional places for celebrations in the Region, what is the key to its success? what sets you apart?
I believe that our main value is the place itself, both for its location and for its unique architecture with diverse spaces so that each couple can find their ideal place. As with the wedding dress, people usually seek to look beautiful, elegant and be themselves, without costumes... Hidalgo is a place with a very special charm, which has all the necessary benefits to celebrate a wedding (capacity, elegance…), allows, at the same time, that the bride and groom and their guests feel at home. There are many couples who have gotten married in Hidalgo and who return to celebrate the communions of their children, since they feel Hidalgo as part of their lives.
At the same time, another very important value so that many couples choose us every year is the experience of our team.
